Open Door's Beginnings

The Lord started to speak to Senior Pastor Scott Pritchett about starting a new fellowship some time before the church began in 2006, but he was already pastoring a fellowship in the Taylors, SC area.  So with the Lord leading, one thing led to another and Open Door Freedom Fellowship was born.

In October of 2006, ODFF started in a home with twelve people.  Soon after, the church moved to Tigerville Fire Department beside North Greenville University.  After about a year, the church moved again to a church in the downtown Travelers Rest area.  Pastor Sharp open his church up to us so we could have a Saturday night service.

The Lord spoke to us and shared that we were to open up a church in the Upstate of South Carolina.  After the time spent with Pastor Sharp, the Lord provided a room in a building right off of Highway 25, where we are now located.  We meet in the building of Red Door Realty and now have moved our services back to Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m.  We are believing God to grow us to the point where we can move to our own church building so that we will have enough room to minister to all ages.
In 2013 We bought a church and moved into it where we will continue to grow as a family.
